Wir liefern alle Artikel versandkostenfrei an eine Anschrift in Deutschland!

Alle Bestellungen liefern wir schnell, sicher und zuverlässig direkt zu Ihnen nach Hause. Wir versenden in alle Länder der Europäischen Union sowie nach Monaco, Norwegen, Andorra, Liechtenstein und in die Schweiz.

Die Lieferung von Speditionsware (Palettenware oder Großmöbel wie z. B. Sofas, Esstische, Couchtische etc.) erfolgt ausschließlich bis zur „Bordsteinkante“ und nur von Montag bis Freitag in der Zeit von 9:00 bis 16:00 Uhr.

Der Versand der Ware erfolgt nach Eingang der Zahlung bzw. nach Barzahlung, wenn Sie die Ware direkt bei uns im Lager abholen möchten. Bitte beachten Sie, dass nicht alle Artikel direkt abgeholt werden können, und kontaktieren Sie uns bitte vorher, um zu klären, ob eine Selbstabholung möglich ist. Alle hier angezeigten Versandkosten gelten für 1 Artikel und beinhalten die gesetzliche deutsche Mehrwertsteuer.

Um Ihnen den bestmöglichen Lieferservice zu gewähren, versenden wir alle Artikel innerhalb Deutschlands und ins Ausland mit GLS, DHL, DPD, BURSPED und KÜHNE & NAGEL.

Eine Lieferung an Packstationen und Postfächer (DHL, GLS und DPD) ist aus logistischen Gründen leider nicht möglich. Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis.

Informationen zu den Lieferzeiten

Bei den Lieferzeiten für den Versand in andere Länder müssen Sie zu dem jeweiligen Artikel angegebene Lieferzeit noch 15 Werktage hinzurechnen.

Wenn Sie bei uns im Rahmen einer Bestellung mehrere Artikel bestellen, für die unterschiedliche Lieferzeiten gelten, versenden wir die Ware in einer gemeinsamen Sendung, sofern wir mit Ihnen nichts anderes vereinbart haben. In diesem Fall gilt für die Warensendung insgesamt die Lieferzeit, die für den Artikel Ihrer Bestellung mit der längsten Lieferzeit gilt.

Informationen zur Berechnung des Liefertermins

Die Frist für die Lieferung beginnt bei Zahlung per Vorkasse am Tag nach Erteilung des Zahlungsauftrags an das überweisende Kreditinstitut bzw. bei anderen Zahlungsarten am Tag nach Vertragsschluss zu laufen und endet mit dem Ablauf des letzten Tages der Frist. Fällt der letzte Tag der Frist auf einen Samstag, Sonntag oder einen am Lieferort staatlich anerkannten allgemeinen Feiertag, so tritt an die Stelle eines solchen Tages der nächste Werktag.

Zölle, Steuern und Einfuhrgebühren

Bei Lieferungen in Nicht-EU-Länder (Schweiz, Liechtenstein, Norwegen, Großbritannien, Andorra) können zusätzliche Zölle, Steuern und Gebühren anfallen, die vom Käufer zu tragen sind.

We deliver all orders quickly, securely, and reliably right to your door. We ship to all countries within the European Union, as well as to Monaco, Norway, Andorra, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland.

The delivery of freight-forwarded goods (palletized goods or large furniture such as sofas, dining tables, coffee tables, etc.) is strictly "curbside" only and takes place exclusively from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Goods are dispatched upon receipt of payment, or upon cash payment if you wish to pick up the items directly from our warehouse. Please note that not all items are available for direct pickup; please contact us in advance to clarify whether self-pickup is possible. All shipping costs displayed here apply to 1 item and include the statutory German value-added tax (VAT).

To guarantee you the best possible delivery service, we ship all items within Germany and internationally using GLS, DHL, DPD, BURSPED, and KÜHNE & NAGEL.

Unfortunately, delivery to parcel lockers and P.O. boxes (DHL, GLS, and DPD) is not possible for logistical reasons. We ask for your understanding.

Information on Delivery Times

For shipments to other countries, you must add 15 business days to the delivery time specified for the respective item.

If you order multiple items from us in a single order that have different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single combined shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the overall delivery time for the shipment is determined by the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

Information on Calculating the Delivery Date

For advance payments (bank transfer), the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank. For all other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiration of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a state-recognized public holiday at the place of delivery, the next business day will take the place of that day.

Customs, Taxes, and Import Fees

For deliveries to non-EU countries (Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Great Britain, Andorra), additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are to be paid by the buyer.
